When Minerva’s son was diagnosed with autism in 2002, Special
Kids Law Center, LLC was founded.
Minerva Vazquez Bailey began her career as a paralegal before
becoming an attorney. As a Cuban-American, she is fluent in both
English and Spanish. She has been employed in the legal field for
her entire career and has been focusing on the legal needs of
families with special needs children since she started advocating
for her son. In addition, Minerva is a Board Member of the Advocacy
Center for Persons with Disabilities, a Board Member of Florida's
Voice for Developmental Disabilities, a certified advocate with
Statewide Advocacy Network on Disabilities, Inc. and a Board
Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA).
Minerva co-founded the Special Kids Law Center, LLC to
provide for the typical legal needs of families in atypical
circumstances. It is her intention to provide competent,
compassionate, and beneficial legal advice to the families of these
wonderful children with all manner of special needs.
